Refund Policy & Shipping Policy for Enherbe India
Our Products are non-returnable except if they are damaged during the transport.
Damaged Goods
We take great care in our packaging, but occasionally, products may be damaged during transit.
- Visible Damage or Leakage: If your package shows signs of leakage or obvious damage, please do not accept it. Return the package to the courier immediately. Once accepted, goods cannot be returned.
- Reporting Damage: Email us a photo of the damaged package within 5 days to info@enherbe.inso we can address the issue.
- Proof of Purchase: To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Manufacturer Returns: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Return Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
- Check Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Credit Card Company: Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Bank: Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- Shipping Time: We dispatch ordered goods within 3 Working days & Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Shipping Costs: Our products are free shipping Pan India.
We offer refund / exchange within first 5 days from the date of your purchase.
